Old vine Aglianico with other indigenous varieties, short maceration and neutral wood ageing. Hibiscus, amaro, and rose petal on the nose with a lightning bolt acidity that makes this incredibly refreshing. Magnum only. Incredible value. Good with grilled fish, light pasta, or a long summer lunch.
Technical notes: A short maceration of old vine Aglianico and other indigenous varieties, aged in neutral wood. A bright surge of hibiscus, amaro, and rose petal on the nose, with chiselled minerality, toothsome fruitiness, and a lightning bolt acidity on the finish. Incredible value. Rosé. Magnum only.
